Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of contact center services, is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative. With over 4,700 employees in 10 sites across the region, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and development.

Salary: €21,180.60 gross/year + up to €2,353.40 gross/year in bonus

Job Description

As a Business Developer Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

You will be part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. Your daily interactions will involve phone-based conversations with C-level decision makers, building rapport, and assessing their needs. You will also be responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, educating customers about our offerings, and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve SQO quota quarterly and hit target levels of activity daily and weekly
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Educate customers on what we have to offer
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, often involving cold calling
  • Contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available Cloud solutions
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM databases
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native level of Polish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism
