As an Apple Support College Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class technical support and customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to their issues.

This involves actively listening to customers, using technical expertise and creativity to resolve problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor even in challenging situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in the U.S., pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
  • A quiet home workspace with a hard-wired internet connection (10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speed)
  • Availability for five weeks of full-time paid training (40 hours/week) and subsequent flexible scheduling (20 hours/week)
  • Meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while engaging with customers
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background checks, and initial training

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related major
  • Passion for customer service and comprehensive issue resolution
  • Approach opportunities flexibly, with good judgment and high standards
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations and display resilience
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
