We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Help Desk Specialist to join our team at ATLANTIS ANIMATION, an animation studio based in the Canary Islands, Spain. Our company is known for producing high-quality animated series and feature films, including Tara Duncan and the Spellbinders and Miraculous Ladybug season 5, broadcasted on Disney Channel and Disney +.

As a Support Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our artists, resolving production issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our workflow. You will work closely with our team to gather requirements and user feedback, prioritize development projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent communication skills with artists, understanding feature requests and resolving production issues.
  • Gather requirements and user feedback autonomously.
  • Prioritize and organize development projects.
  • Work in a fast-paced/time-critical environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Working knowledge of software used on our workflow is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with artists (verbal and written).
  • Experience in organizing and prioritizing development projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/time-critical environment.
  • Understanding and speaking English essential.
