About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Help Desk Specialist to join our team at ATLANTIS ANIMATION. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our artists and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to our artists and stakeholders via various communication channels.
  • Gather requirements and user feedback autonomously to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve production issues and improve overall workflow efficiency.
  • Organize and prioritize development projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of software used on our workflow is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with artists (verbal and written), understanding feature requests and resolving production issues.
  • Experience in organizing and prioritizing development projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced/time-critical environment.
  • Understanding and speaking English essential.
