Job Title: High-Performance Sales Professional

ElbeFruit GmbH, a leading importer of premium snow peas and sugar snaps, is dedicated to delivering top-quality produce to the European and UK markets. We are seeking a dynamic, high-performance sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand and maintain a diverse customer portfolio, focusing on both retention and acquisition
  • Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales
  • Manage the after-sales process, ensuring timely resolution of claims and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Confidently negotiate prices and close deals, maximizing sales and profit margins
  • Ensure timely payment collections from customers, managing any issues promptly
  • Identify and secure new suppliers to guarantee a steady supply of high-quality produce
  • Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, continuously seeking improvements
  • Evaluate and optimize sales activities to enhance efficiency and results
Requirements:
  • Proven training and experience in sales methodologies, preferably within the fruit and vegetable sector and/or international trade
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio effectively
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully
  • Experience in managing claims and after-sales processes
  • Proven ability to ensure timely and complete payment collections
  • Experience in acquiring and managing supplier relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to act independently
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to leverage them for success
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving targets
  • Charismatic and charming, able to build strong relationships with clients
  • Quick to respond to leads and close sales efficiently
  • Confident and capable of acting independently without constant supervision
  • A genuine passion for sales and driving business growth
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in one of the following languages is an advantage: French, Dutch, or German
