Sales Executive for Chemical Intermediates

Cepsa Química is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Torre Picasso, Madrid. As a Sales Executive for Chemical Intermediates, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of products in your area of responsibility, achieving sales objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and nurture relationships with customers through consistent and quality communication.
- Coordinate interactions with customers from different areas of the company, including Technical Assistance, Supply Chain, Finance, Sustainability, and Product Stewardship.
- Develop and maintain a complete understanding of customer needs and relationships.
- Negotiate sales conditions within your client portfolio, following established premises.
- Formalize contracts and define development plans and negotiation strategies with assigned clients.
- Conduct market studies and attract new customers in accordance with Commercial Management indications.
- Maintain customer portfolio information in the Company's systems and collaborate with Commercial Management in the preparation and updating of the Sales Plan, Budget, and Commercial Strategic Plan.
- Monitor payment behavior of customers and participate in the process of claiming them according to Company criteria.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Very high and fluent level of English.
- Availability to travel internationally.
- High knowledge of the Office package at user level and experience in CRM management.
- Ability to work autonomously, communicate, and analyze, with a high level of responsibility.
- Previous experience of at least 6 years in commercial positions, with knowledge of the chemical/intermediates market being an advantage.
