Job Summary
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $130,000 per year. As the Head of Pre-Sales Strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team at Factorial HR, a leading provider of all-in-one HR software.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new revenue streams and optimizing sales processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, including Product Management, Product Marketing, and Account Management.
- Provide regular sales reporting and analysis, highlighting key metrics such as deal volume, win rates, and sales performance.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on recruitment, training, and development of Account Executives and SDRs.

- Proven track record of sales success, with experience in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
