About the Role:
NCR Atleos is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing sales support to our sales director and team, as well as providing administrative services to support the daily business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team in Portugal, launching campaigns to create new deals and customers.
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses and relevant problems in Portugal.
- Providing data and guides to help the sales team.
- Developing and monitoring performance indicators for Portugal.
- Managing sales tracking tools and reporting on important information.
- Keeping records of sales trends.
- Liaising with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
- Staying up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensuring the sales team is on board.
- Reviewing pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Suggesting sales process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
- Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels in Spanish and Portuguese.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
- High levels of expertise in office technologies, including Microsoft Office and Excel, collaboration tools, etc.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Teamwork and motivational skills.
- BS degree in Marketing or Associate degree in a relevant field (a plus).
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Sales Support roles in a Multinational environment.
