Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our AWS Enterprise Support team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our Enterprise customers, including Samsung, in the High-Tech and Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to Enterprise customers, including Samsung, in the High-Tech and Manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
  • Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT system architecture, implementation, operations, and consulting, with a focus on distributed applications.
  • Experience working for enterprise IT companies or with mission-critical enterprise business customers.
  • Experience with operating and troubleshooting in at least three of the following areas: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or application development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Fluent in both English and Korean.
