Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our largest and most complex customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth.
  • Align with customers' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Technical Expertise
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of Dynatrace products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Customer Advocacy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their goals and use cases.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customers on process improvements and product adoption.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with account teams to define strategic roadmaps and drive customer success.
