We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our largest and most complex customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer success and growth.
- Align with customers' business objectives and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of Dynatrace products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their goals and use cases.
- Provide coaching and guidance to customers on process improvements and product adoption.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with account teams to define strategic roadmaps and drive customer success.
