  • Engage with customer support teams to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues, and work closely with product management to provide feedback and insights on product roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers, providing insights and advice on product adoption and usage.
  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and developments.
  • Partner with internal teams, including support engineers, product managers, and R&D teams, to provide expert-level technical guidance and support to customers.
