Technical Account Manager - Senior

At Dynatrace Software Gmbh, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager - Senior to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic technical partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance on Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations to ensure successful adoption and growth.
  2. Tech Support: Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex configuration issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop and implement technical strategies that align with their business objectives and goals.
  4. Training and Enablement: Design and deliver web-based training sessions to user groups, promoting organizational adoption and ensuring customers have the necessary skills to maximize Dynatrace's value.
  5. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to Technical Account Managers, helping them grow in their technical knowledge and skills.
  6. Frontline Support: Function as a frontline technical resource, providing best-practice guidance and informal support to customers.
  7. Customer Engagement: Engage with customer support and product management to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues and advocate for customer needs on product roadmap discussions.
  8. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Help document best practices in developing and using Dynatrace, ensuring knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of Dynatrace products and services, as well as excellent technical and communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong customer-centric approach, business acumen, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders are essential.
