About the Role:


The Sales Development Executive will play a crucial role in building pipeline and uncovering new opportunities for our field sales organization with SuccessFactors as part of the Human Experience Management (HXM) field.


As the glue between sales and marketing, you will help us develop inbound and outbound leads and help qualify these before passing across to our field sales colleagues.


Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for building pipeline by setting up qualified meetings with prospects for our Account Executives.
  • Identifying target accounts, profiling and engaging key decision makers and influencers with compelling outreach via the phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social selling channels.
  • Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects.
  • Meet daily activity KPIs.

Requirements:



  • Fluent German & English speaker. Additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills to identify and prioritize customer needs.
  • Works well in a team setting with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
