About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Europe Customer Operations Centre in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and working closely with our pre and post-sales engineers to handle a variety of pre and post-sales functions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Raise quotes, process orders, and manage deliveries and invoicing
- Take incoming inquiries from customers in the Scandinavian region
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the quote to invoicing cycle
- Innovate new ways of meeting customer needs
- Support, guide, and escalate as necessary
- Collaborate across departments and geographies
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
About You:
- Native Finnish and advanced level of English
- Experience in a similar role and environment is a plus
- Positive attitude to delight customers, customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to solve complex issues in the best interest of the customer and the company
- Time management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team working skills
- Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity
