About the Role
As a German-English Chat and Email Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of a global team of customer experience professionals who are passionate about making a difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming written communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Connect with customers using written communication only, resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to provide the best possible service.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, banking, contact centers, or similar industries.
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling, in both German and English.
- A caring and supportive nature, essential for providing exceptional service.
