Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing frontline service to customers and routing their calls to the appropriate department. You will also be required to provide a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries, ensuring agreed KPIs are met, and performing duties in a compliant manner in accordance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong customer focus, the ability to work to tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be IT literate and have previous experience in customer services, preferably in a similar industry. If you are a Spanish native speaker with the ability to speak and write English fluently, and you are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, please apply.
The benefits of working with Teleperformance Spain include a part-time contract, 22.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 18.00, with a salary of 9,653.19€ gross/year. You will also have access to a referral program, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly contests, and a permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional development.
