We are looking for a talented Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading customer experience specialist and contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for managing all incoming queries in a customer service environment, focusing on technical issues and troubleshooting. You will also respond to calls and emails from enterprise clients, gathering information from customers and ensuring prompt resolutions to their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming queries in a customer service environment, focusing on technical issues and troubleshooting
- Respond to calls and emails from enterprise clients, providing timely resolutions to their queries
- Gather information from customers, ensuring prompt resolutions of their issues
- Maintain strong client relationships through product support over the phone
- Provide high-quality service, adhering to industry standards
- Record all required data elements in CRM for effective follow-up and qualitative support
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Native-level fluency in German and proficiency in English
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in Technical Support, with a proven track record of excellent customer service
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations
- Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused and quality-oriented approach
- A valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizenship
We offer a competitive package that includes a base salary of €1100 per month (gross), a performance bonus of up to €100 per month, meal vouchers worth €7.23 per working day, reimbursement of some transportation costs, Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months, and other benefits.
