At Autodesk, we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as Senior Sales Director for Enterprise Applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive sales growth and lead a high-performing team of Digital Sales Representatives covering the Southern Europe region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives to achieve exceptional sales results
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed quarterly targets of closed business and pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reporting
  • Report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishment
  • Work with internal sales operations partners to identify and implement improvements in sales productivity
  • Align with Marketing, Digital E-Commerce, and Sales operations to re-design customer pathways and grow territory numbers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in sales of enterprise applications, with a proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a focus on establishing effective communication and engagement with teams and customers
  • Prior inside sales experience, preferably in technology sales, with a strong understanding of sales skills and product knowledge
  • A visionary leadership approach, with a commitment to developing Reps into sales-ready professionals for their next career step
  • Fluency in English, French, or other European languages
