Key Responsibilities- Process and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery and effective service support.
- Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts to support sales growth in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).
- Manage invoice creation, corrections, and material returns, as well as coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams.
- Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
- Native or fluent level of German and fluent English.
- Flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes.
- Pro-active attitude and decision-making skills.
