About the Role

Donaldson is a leading technology and innovation company committed to solving complex filtration challenges. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Industrial Solutions team in Terrassa, Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and follow-up on customers' purchasing orders to ensure timely delivery and effective service support.
  • Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts to support sales growth in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria).
  • Manage invoice creation, corrections, and material returns, as well as coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and production teams.
  • Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing, lead-time, products, and availability, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook.
  • Native or fluent level of German and fluent English.
  • Flexibility, ability to multitask, and adapt to changes.
  • Pro-active attitude and decision-making skills.
