The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a proven track record of optimizing processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our Omnichannel Services related processes and tools, ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the digital purchasing process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of the call center.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and customer service.
  • Conducting analysis of different channels to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identifying and proposing improvements in internal processes and cases.
  • Collaborating with the Contact Center to detect and propose customer experience improvements.
  • Managing internal incidents and coordinating with teams to prevent them.
