Customer Service Specialist with Swedish

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with native-level Swedish language proficiency to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As a key member of our international customer service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients in the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Manage service subscriptions, including new subscriptions, subscription information, and updating products and services.
  • Handle billing-related issues, such as changing payment methods and invoicing.
  • Provide technical support on digital products, using databases, troubleshooting tools, and knowledge articles.
  • Follow up and ensure customer satisfaction, managing claims and gathering customer feedback.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer service tools and website/App value proposition.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish (Native or C2 Level).
  • High level of English (C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service, offering technical support with knowledge of standards and procedures.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Able to handle stressful situations and work in a team environment.
What We Offer:
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • 39 hours per week / Rotating schedule: 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00.
  • ETT - 6-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position.
  • Competitive salary: 21,000 gross/annual.
