About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Swedish Customer Care and Sales Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance in Barcelona, Spain.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in a multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads
  • Receive leads from the marketing team and be responsible for the pre-sales processes
  • Provide a positive experience to the future client through sales processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written)
  • Native level of Swedish
  • High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving company targets
  • Customer-centric and problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus
