About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Aiding pharmacies in their digitalization journey
  • Motivating pharmacists to collaborate and utilize our tools
  • Keeping pharmacists informed about results and proposing improvements
  • Offering new products to clients to increase contract value
  • Providing training to pharmacists to use our tools autonomously
  • Managing complaints, incidents, and queries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Competencies in digital tools (Windows, Microsoft, CRM)
  • Content management skills with WordPress
  • Photo editing skills (Photoshop, Canva)
  • Social media management and programming skills with Meta Business
  • Basic SEO knowledge

  • A flexible schedule (Monday to Thursday, 9am-6:30pm, Friday, 9am-3pm)
