We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our B2C Customer Care Team in Barcelona, Spain.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our direct clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admit direct clients and serve as their primary point of contact after sales confirmation
- Enter student information into our booking systems
- Confirm bookings within 24 working hours (48 hours during peak season)
- Support customers with inquiries via calls or emails
- Collect payments and necessary student pre-arrival information
- Establish and maintain high levels of trust with customers
- Help clients navigate our student portal
- Manage complaints and escalate to management as needed
- Process extensions and check availability for summer camps and adult schools
- Collaborate with sales, customer care, operations, schools, and finance departments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer service and/or admissions in travel and tourism or language education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- German language proficiency (C1/C2) with high English proficiency; other languages a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales and service orientation
- DNI/NIE and Social Security already processed
