About the Job:
As a Customer Care Specialist in our Lisbon office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and chat. Your goal will be to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a positive reputation for our company.
Requirements:
- Native German Speaker
- Completed School Education
- Valid Work Permit for Portugal
- English Level B2 or B1
What We Offer:
- Long-term Fixed-term Contract
- Full-time Working Hours (40h/week)
- Rotational Schedule (7am-10pm)
- 2 Options for Salary:
- Including Free Accommodation: 950€ gross/month
- Excluding Accommodation: 1350€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of Initial Flight Expenses
- Yearly Two-way Flight Ticket
- Help with Paperwork and Opening a Bank Account
- Free Portuguese Lessons, Cooking Classes, and Sports Activities
