Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in the Dutch/Flemish market. As a Qonto Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guiding our clients through the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver sharp, quick technical support to our Belgian, Dutch/Flemish speaking customers via email and phone.
  2. Be the voice of our customers, using their feedback to continuously improve our product and maintain the "WOW" effect.
  3. Set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests, including updating FAQs, dashboards, and macros.
  4. Take ownership of customer issues, identifying anomalies and optimizing problem-solving processes.
Requirements
  1. Up to one year of experience in customer support or handling client challenges.
  2. Customer-centric approach, with empathy and adaptability to customer needs.
  3. Results-driven, with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and fluent in English.
