About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Swedish-speaking Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, and multi-channel environments.
  • Excellent communication skills (both voice and written) in Swedish.
  • High level of self-motivation and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
