Job Summary
In this role, you will be the ambassador of the brand and will provide an excellent customer experience and satisfaction accompanying the future customer till the sale is concluded successfully. You will strive for a positive customer experience by leading competent consultations in a target driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competent advice and sales discussions with pre-qualified customer leads.
- Receive leads from the marketing team.
- Be responsible for the pre-sales processes and give a positive experience to the future client.
- Carry out the sales processes and always have your main focus on the positive experience of the client.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-sales, sales, and customer service in a multi-channel environment.
- Excellent communication skills (both voice and written).
- Native level of Swedish.
- High level of self-motivation to contribute to achieving the company targets.
- Customer-centric and problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and sales affinity and focus.
- You have motivation and initiative to support the team in finding creative solutions.
