Customer Service Representative with Swedish Language Skills

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative with Swedish language skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries over the telephone, email, chat, and social media, and striving for first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way
- Analyse customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Develop a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
- Afluent level of Swedish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (both written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Start date: October, 28th
- Contract: Temporary 3 months with the possibility to be extended (1-month probation period)
- Full time: 39 hours/week
- Working days/Hours: Mon to Friday, 9h to 18h, with 1h lunch + 1 early day in the week
- Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
- Bonus of 500 euros after the 4 month
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid work model: 4 days per month at the office / training / rest from home
- Training: 2 weeks: Mon to Friday, 9h to 18h, with 1h lunch + 1 early day in the week
- Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
