Job Title: Swedish Customer Service Representative

Are you an empathetic and problem-solving individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Swedish Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to international travelers and accommodation suppliers via email and phone.
  • Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements, and provide accurate information and follow set processes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native-level Swedish and advanced English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality.
  • A positive and motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Goal-oriented work approach and adaptability to changing priorities and business processes.
Offer:
  • 38.5 hours/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
  • Rotary shift: 09:00-20:00 hours.
  • Temporary contract with the possibility of evolving into a permanent contract based on business needs.
  • 27 working days of holidays/year.
