Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate and timely information
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
- Native-level Swedish language skills (C2 level)
- Advanced English language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
- Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
- Positive and motivated mindset
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Availability to work from the office and from home (within 100km from the office)
- 38.5h/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
- Rotatory shift: 09:00-20:00h
- Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment
- 27 working days of holidays/year
