About the Role

Gartner is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join its sales team in a dynamic and rapidly growing region. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and develop new business opportunities with organizations that have not previously worked with Gartner.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, ensuring seamless handoffs to account management teams.
  • Convert viable prospects into active Gartner clients, leading the sales conversation and negotiation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language (French, German, or Italian).
  • 2-5 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success in consultative, senior-level B2B sales or similar.
  • High commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen.
  • Drive for individual success combined with a collaborative approach.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications, plus a benefits package that includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
