Your Day at NTT DATA
The Director, Services Go-to-Market is a leadership role responsible for collaborating with internal senior leadership/executive stakeholders to manage and lead the execution of services go-to-market strategy and achieve client-led business value solutions.
This role takes responsibility for working across multiple teams to create business value for clients through our Managed Services/Services portfolio and successful execution of the go-to-market strategy.
You will be in charge of leading the expansion of our SDI portfolio across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive growth in EMEA support services for SDI solutions.

- Create new revenue streams by forging alliances with key technology partners and expanding service offerings.
- Provide market intelligence to inform strategy and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sell tailored client solutions.
- Operationalize dual solid reporting in respective geographies.
- Conduct and implement annual capacity planning.
- Participate in designing incentives for Managed Services/Services teams.
- Cascading high-level targets accountable.
- Collaborate with go-to-market executives and stakeholders to ensure smooth operating models.
- Define performance KPIs, incentive schemes, and quota retirement rules.
- Build and communicate Managed Services/Services business projections.
- Manage profit and loss in the region/country.
- Act as interface between region CEOs and Managed Services/Services go-to-market Executives.
Compensation Package
We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
