Service Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service & Sales Engineer to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our global Services organization, you will be responsible for providing post-sales field service and technical support for our unique and groundbreaking robotic product. Your primary focus will be on delivering high uptime performance on Cobot/Robot-based manufacturing cells, collaborating with customers and partners to drive automation and sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicating with end-users, distributors, system integrators, and colleagues within Universal Robots
  • Managing allocated Service Sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution
  • Collaborating with equipment sales processes to drive point of sales (POS) service offers and drive automation through Sales Force
  • Training and coaching Service Sales representatives, setting targets, and supporting the team in delivering targets
  • Coordinating service delivery in the region with Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, remote Service team, and factory repair centers
  • Leading business reviews with customers and partners in the region, developing and implementing service maintenance service agreements (MSA) custom framework
