Service Sales Engineer

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for robotics and automation? Do you enjoy working with customers to deliver exceptional service and support? We're seeking a talented Service Sales Engineer to join our global Services organization and help our customers get the most out of their investments in collaborative robots.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively communicate with end-users, distributors, system integrators, and colleagues to drive service sales and deliver high uptime performance on Cobot/Robot-based manufacturing cells.
- Manage allocated Service Sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with equipment sales processes to drive point-of-sale service offers and automate sales through Sales Force to achieve high attack rates.
- Train and coach Service Sales representatives, set targets, and support the team in delivering targets through collaboration with customers and multiple distribution partners.
- Coordinate service delivery in the region with Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, remote Service team, and factory repair centers.
- Lead business reviews with customers and partners in the region, develop and implement service maintenance service agreements (MSA) custom framework with key channel partners, and collaborate with equipment sales teams across the region.
- An associate degree or higher in a technical field or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics or the industrial automation industry.
- A strong automation background.
- Preferably 3 years of experience in Service Sales in the automation industry.
- Precious field troubleshooting and repair experience (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management.
