Service Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Engineer to join our global Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing post-sales field service and technical support for our groundbreaking robotic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high uptime performance on cobot/robot-based manufacturing cells.
- Effectively communicate with end-users, distributors, system integrators, and colleagues to drive sales efforts and achieve high attack rates.
- Manage allocated Service Sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution to drive revenue growth.
- Train and coach Service Sales representatives to deliver targets and support the team in collaboration with customers and distribution partners.
- Coordinate service delivery in the region with Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, remote Service team, and factory repair centers.
- Lead business reviews with customers and partners, develop and implement service maintenance service agreements, and collaborate with equipment sales teams.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in a technical field or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in robotics or industrial automation.
- Strong automation background and preferably 3 years of experience in Service Sales in the automation industry.
- Field troubleshooting and repair experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management.
