Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service & Sales Engineer to join our global Services organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing post-sales field service & technical support for our unique and groundbreaking robotic product.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with end users, distributors, system integrators, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage allocated Service Sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with equipment sales processes to drive point-of-sale service offers and automate sales through Sales Force.
- Train and coach Service Sales representatives, set targets, and support the team in delivering targets through collaboration with customers and distribution partners.
- Coordinate service delivery in the region with Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, remote Service team, and factory repair centers.
- Lead business reviews with customers and partners in the region, develop and implement service maintenance service agreements (MSA) with key channel partners, and collaborate with equipment sales teams across the region.
- Implement sales strategy using strategic sales tools and processes.
