Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Life Director to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, quality assurance, and planning of all student services programming and residential life operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising and Communication
    • Provide guidance and support to individual students, student interest groups, and student populations with unique needs.
    • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for students to discuss all student life matters.
    • Provide referrals to individual students for professional counseling and medical services as required.
  • Student Welfare and Conduct
    • Communicate applicable codes of conduct and the consequences of noncompliance to participants.
    • Take appropriate action when students violate codes of conduct, in coordination with the Manager for Student Welfare and Center Director.

They will be able to work collaboratively with our international team to deliver high-quality programs and services to our students.
