Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Support Engineer to play a key role in the early stages of the sales process.

The Pre-Sales Engineer will be the primary technical contact for potential customers and will work closely with marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessment of the technical needs of qualified opportunities.
  • Detailed preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals in close relationship with product managers and sales team.
  • Development of relationships with customers.
  • Collaboration with product marketing activities.
  • Daily coordination of technical support enquiries.

Requirements

Engineering Degree in Aeronautics, Electronics (or similar).

Technical, customer-support and/or sales experience (highly desirable).

Experience with avionics and/or UAVs (highly desirable).

English (high level required, written and spoken).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Project management skills (desirable).

International experience (desirable).
