About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Pre-Sales and Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team at Grupo Oesia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with our community, enhancing our brand presence, and organizing impactful events with a clear focus on pre-sales generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the technical needs of qualified opportunities and develop detailed commercial proposals in close collaboration with product managers and sales teams.
  • Develop relationships with customers and collaborate with product marketing activities to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate daily technical support enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Engineering Degree in Aeronautics, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Technical, customer-support, and/or sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with avionics and/or UAVs is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
  • Project management skills and international experience are desirable.
Travel Requirements

This role requires occasional travel, so you should be comfortable with frequent business trips.
