About the Role

You will play a crucial part in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences through chat services, including text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming written communications from customers
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and developments
Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of related customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, customer electronics, or similar fields
  • Effective written communication skills, including grammar and spelling in German-English
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Desire to help solve issues, come up with solutions, and maintain organization in your work
