Dutch and German IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a Dutch and German-speaking IT Customer Support Representative to join our Global Service Desk in Barcelona.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours/week) with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 08:00-18:00. You will be responsible for answering and supporting queries via various communication channels, resolving IT issues, and documenting calls in our ticketing tool.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve IT issues encountered during office work.
- Collaborate with team members and different departments.
- Native or fluent in Dutch and German, with advanced English.
- Interest in learning about IT.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Logical thinker with a passion for helping others resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
The estimated annual salary for this role is €20,535 gross/year. Additional benefits include private health insurance after 6 months and access to VIP District benefits such as gym discounts, restaurants, and car wash services.
