The Role

We are seeking an English/French Sales Expert to join our team. As an Expert, you will:

  • Deal in English and French with international customers based in France
  • Sell energy contracts, internet boxes, and home insurance contracts
  • Receive calls and support customers, understanding their specific needs and providing them with appropriate solutions
  • Manage contracts, including terminating and setting up new ones
  • Update the CRM

About You

You have a perfect level of English & French Baccalaureate +2 and at least 2 years of experience in a sales position. You are empathetic, curious, tenacious, and persuasive, with excellent communication skills. You are comfortable with computing and have a NIE required and/or valid European passport.
