About this Role
This role focuses on acquiring new clients for our services, upselling to existing clients, and identifying prospects among churned clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent sales skills, and be adept at achieving KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new clients for Tree-Nation's services through inbound and outbound sales strategies.
* Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients, maximizing revenue per client.
* Identify and pursue prospects among churned clients, leveraging them as potential future clients.
* Focus on one-time sales rather than establishing long-term relationships with clients.
* Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, progress against goals, and market trends.
* Achieve KPIs related to the number of paying clients and revenue per paying client.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements
* Full professional fluency in French and English – Spanish is a plus.
* Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a subscription-based or SaaS environment.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
* Obsessed with efficiency.
* Deep passion for reforestation and fighting climate change.
