Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annumJob Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior iGaming Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our affiliate management division, you will be responsible for optimizing relationships with high-value partners and delivering strong business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Partner Management:
    • Oversight of daily operations for key affiliate accounts to ensure seamless communication and achievement of KPIs.
    • Development and implementation of customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets.
    • Analysis of performance metrics and provision of actionable insights to improve results.
  • Technical Oversight:
    • Maintenance of understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required).
    • Handling of account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes.
  • Strategic Alignment:
    • Understanding of operator KPIs and crafting of strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives.
    • Building and sustaining strong operator relationships, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.
    • Effective communication in English to manage internal and external relationships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in affiliate backends and familiarity with performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft and close tailored deals.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization and understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of post-back integrations is a bonus.
