About Our Client: Our client is a Marine Survey and Environmental Consultancy company with its own accredited Laboratories. They specialize in the marine environment and offshore projects, bringing extensive experience in delivering geophysical, geotechnical, and environmental survey services to industries including oil & gas, renewables, submarine cables, and ports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the inquiry-to-order process, ensuring timely proposal preparation and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify new leads.
  • Develop commercial strategies for opportunities, defining winning approaches and pricing structures.
  • Present proposals to management, securing necessary approvals to release bids.
  • Negotiate commercial and technical terms until contract award.
  • Maintain proposal deadlines and conduct professional handovers to execution teams.
  • Work closely with Geophysics, Geotechnics, and Purchasing teams to integrate cost-efficient solutions.
  • Emphasize continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into proposals.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other business events to expand business opportunities.

Candidate Profile: Master's degree in Business Administration or engineering

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
