Job Title: Sales Director for Groups

As the Sales Director for Groups, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-value group clients, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective event execution and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English
