Job Title: Assistant Director of Sales and Leisure

At Accorhotel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Sales and Leisure to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and executing sales strategies tailored to the leisure segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with our GSO network and leisure partners to maximize opportunities and uphold our reputation.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute sales action plans, sales meetings, and special packages.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to recommend tactics and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Drive leisure sales through various channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales calls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports, such as sales call schedules and month-end reports.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals.
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records to support sales activities reporting.
  • Participate in weekly sales and revenue meetings, offering insights and tactical promotions.
  • Uphold departmental and hotel standard operating procedures.
  • Foster strong relationships with Accor GSO and other industry partners, such as Convention Bureau or local administrations.
  • Mentor and share expertise with the leisure sales team.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction, personally attending to guest needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on leisure operations.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
