The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our Ecommerce team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

The Role

  • Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have EU Passport or residence card.
  • At least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Ecommerce/Marketplaces, Electronics, and Social Platforms industry.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
