**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to drive the growth and performance of Resident Advisor in Southern Europe. This is a newly created role, responsible for overseeing the company's operations in Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement local strategies to drive commercial growth and content output.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to execute the International Strategy in Southern Europe, with direct oversight of the local GCN team.
  • Own full profit and loss responsibility for Southern Europe's team revenues (RA Pro) and expenses (headcount, operating costs, and overheads).
  • Establish and maintain key market relationships with commercial, cultural, and creative stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the local Commercial/Revenue team to achieve commercial targets.

**Requirements**

Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, French, and English is a requirement for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, team leadership, and strategic planning.
